Academics Come First:
Players must maintain satisfactory grades and behavior in school. Report cards may be reviewed during the season.

Attendance:
Players are expected to attend all practices, games, and team meetings. Notify coaches in advance of any conflicts.

Effort & Attitude:

  • Always give 100% effort

  • Stay coachable and respectful

  • Be on time and come prepared

  • Support your teammates β€” we win and lose as a team

No Tolerance For:

  • Disrespectful behavior (to coaches, referees, teammates, or opponents)

  • Poor sportsmanship

  • Use of profanity, drugs, alcohol, or tobacco

Support, Don’t Coach:
Encourage your child, but allow the coaches to do the coaching. Avoid yelling instructions from the sidelines.

Respect Everyone:
This includes referees, coaches (ours and opposing), players, and other families. Any behavior that causes a disruption may result in removal from games or events.

Communication Protocol:

  • For game/practice concerns, wait 24 hours before approaching the coach.

  • If further discussion is needed, schedule a meeting β€” not during or after games.

  • Emergencies or absences should be communicated promptly via text or call.

Volunteer Opportunities:
We welcome help with snacks, scorekeeping, fundraising, and team events.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to all practices and games.

  • Uniforms must be worn properly and with pride.

  • No jewelry or accessories during games.

  • Show humility in victory and grace in defeat.
